When it isn't clear which of the two serves you, both act jointly and you can exercise your rights with either one.

Only the data you give us to book a call or answer your inquiry:

• Name, email and phone.
• Company and service of interest (optional).
• The message you write to us.
• The date and time of the appointment you book.
• Your conversation with our AI assistant, if you use it.
• Basic technical data for site security and your preferred language.
• Only if you accept cookies: browsing data for analytics and advertising (see section 6).

We use your data only to:

• Book, confirm and hold the free call or audit you requested.
• Answer your inquiry and follow up on it.
• Send you appointment reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

We do not sell or share your data. We won't send you marketing communications unless you authorize it separately.

Text messages (SMS): if you give us your number and agree to receive messages, we will only text you about your appointment and your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

We process your data based on your free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent, given when you submit a form, book an appointment or accept our AI assistant's notice. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@adtalemarketing.com; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Asking for your consent isn't enough: the LOPDP requires us to be able to prove you gave it. So every time you accept or reject something on this site, we keep a record with:

• What you accepted or rejected: cookies, the contact form, the AI assistant or a callback request.
• The exact text you were shown and the version of this policy in force at that moment.
• The date and time, the page and the language.
• An anonymous identifier created in your browser, which lets us link later changes to the same record. We don't store your IP address in this record.

This record is kept in our internal automation and CRM systems (n8n and GoHighLevel), with access limited to the AdTale Marketing team. When you send a form or request a callback, the same proof is attached to your contact in the CRM.

We keep each record for as long as we process your data and for the time needed to handle any claims. You can ask for a copy of your consent records by writing to info@adtalemarketing.com.

We use strictly necessary cookies for the site to work, such as remembering your language. These don't require your consent.

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) only load if you accept them in the cookie notice. If you decline, they don't load. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page.

Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again, and it is also written to our consent register (see the previous section). If you change your mind, open "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of any page: the new choice replaces the old one and is recorded too. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel stop loading from that moment on.

We work with providers that process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described:

• n8n: process automation.
• GoHighLevel: CRM, appointment calendar, messaging and the AI chat assistant.
• Retell AI: the AI voice assistant that answers calls, books appointments and transfers to the team.
• Our hosting provider.
• Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel), only if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers store data outside Ecuador, mainly in the United States, and the two AdTale Marketing companies share with each other the data needed to serve you. When this happens, we apply the safeguards the LOPDP requires for international data transfers.

We keep your data for as long as it's needed to book and handle your request and follow up on it. If you don't become a client, we delete or anonymize it after 24 months, unless the law requires keeping it longer.

Under the LOPDP you can exercise, free of charge, your rights of:

• Access to your data.
• Rectification and updating.
• Deletion.
• Objection.
• Portability.
• Suspension of processing.
• Not being subject to decisions based solely on automated assessments.

To exercise them, write to info@adtalemarketing.com with the subject "Data protection" and tell us which right you want to exercise. If we need to verify your identity, we'll ask you by email. We will respond within the periods set by the LOPDP; for the right of access, within fifteen days at most.

If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you can file a complaint with Ecuador's Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.

If you live in the United States, you can exercise the same rights with ADTALE MARKETING LLC, plus any your state's law grants you, by writing to the same email.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. If a security breach affected your data, we would notify the authority and, where applicable, you, as required by law.

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. We will publish any change on this page with its update date.
