In depth

Email and SMS let you keep the conversation going with people who have already shown interest, without depending on a social media algorithm. They're ideal for businesses with long decision cycles, repeat customers or a contact list that currently hears nothing from you.

At AdTale Marketing we start by organizing your list and defining segments, then we write automated flows and campaigns with a clear goal for every message. You can hire it separately or connect it to your CRM and your website, so every form triggers the right message at the right moment.

Works on its own. Better combined.

You can hire this service by itself. If you combine it, this is how it connects with the rest of your strategy.

Frequently asked questions

  • Does email marketing still work?

Yes, when it's done well. The difference is sending relevant messages to people who asked to receive them, instead of the same mass email to everyone. A welcome flow, a follow-up after a quote or a well-timed reminder usually has more impact than a pile of generic campaigns.

  • When should I use SMS instead of email?

SMS works best for short messages that can't wait: appointment reminders, confirmations or last-minute updates. Email gives you room to tell a story, educate and show. In most cases we combine them, making sure each contact doesn't get more messages than makes sense.

  • Can I email my current contact list?

Yes, as long as those people gave you their contact information and have a way to unsubscribe. Before sending, we clean up the list, remove invalid addresses and segment it, because sending to a messy list hurts your email deliverability. We also guide you on consent best practices for your market.

  • Which email platform do you use?

We prefer to work inside your CRM, for example GoHighLevel, so segments and flows use the same information as your sales team. If you already have another email platform, we review whether it makes sense to keep it and integrate it. The decision depends on your strategy, and we make it together during the audit.
