AdTale Marketing is a digital marketing and AI agency operating through two companies: ADTALE MARKETING S.A.S., incorporated in Ecuador (RUC 1793227467001), and ADTALE MARKETING LLC, incorporated in Florida, USA, located at 7901 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.

The company that provides your service is the one named on your proposal or invoice. Contact: info@adtalemarketing.com.

We provide paid advertising, chat and voice AI agents, automation and CRM, websites and landing pages, social media and content, and email and SMS marketing.

The scope, deliverables, timeline and investment for each engagement are set out in the proposal or order you accept. Where it differs from what the website describes, the proposal controls.

• Fees, payment method and billing frequency are stated on your proposal or invoice.
• Ad spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms) is not included in our fees; you pay it directly to each platform.
• Amounts exclude applicable taxes unless the proposal states otherwise.

• Monthly services can be cancelled with the notice stated in your proposal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Setup, onboarding and one-time project fees are non-refundable once work has started.
• If you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

To deliver our services we need timely access, assets, approvals and accurate information. You confirm that the content and claims you provide are truthful, lawful and that you hold the rights to use them, and that you comply with the policies of the platforms where your ads run or your channels connect.

Deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use for your business once paid. AdTale Marketing keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, software, automations and know-how, including improvements developed during the engagement.

Some of our channels, including the website chat, use AI-powered assistants that can make mistakes. A service, price or appointment is only confirmed by our team or by the booking calendar, not by an automated reply.

Our services run on third-party platforms (for example Meta, Google, GoHighLevel and phone providers). Their use is also governed by their own terms, and their rules, pricing and availability may change outside our control.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee lead volume, sales, rankings or return on investment. See our Disclaimer for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdTale Marketing's total liability arising from the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Either party may end an engagement with the notice stated in the proposal, or immediately for a material breach not cured within a reasonable period. Fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable.

If ADTALE MARKETING LLC provides your service, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

If ADTALE MARKETING S.A.S. provides your service, they are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador and disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Quito.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the current version; continued use of the site or services after a change means you accept it.
